Since Penrose Academy does not have open enrollment, our tours are an important opportunity to connect personally with prospective students who are committed to high standards, creative learning, and a passion for the beauty industry.
During your tour, you’ll:
- Learn more about Penrose Academy, our curriculum, and our culture.
- Meet faculty, staff, and current students.
- Get your questions answered about programs, schedules, and financial aid.
- Leave with the information you need to make an educated decision about your future.

Additional Program-Specific Requirements:
- Laser Technician Certification Program: Must hold a current cosmetology or esthetics license.
- Faculty Certification Students: Must have a valid Arizona license and a minimum of two years of work experience.
Note: Penrose Academy does not recognize transfer hours.
Prospective students must fulfill the
following requirements before enrolling:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Provide proof of education: high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Schedule and successfully complete a campus tour.
